Your orders processing time will be confirmed in this email as well. This is the point at which any questions or specific request should be addressed. Once the order has been confirmed NO CHANGES can be made. Processing may take up to 3 weeks.
Due to the nature of our custom designed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please email us at lisa@splattebylisaj.com.
We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once your apparel has been designed.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at lisa@splattebylisaj.com within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, exchange, or credit. Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
